Hey, I’m Stacy
I help LGBTQ+ folks and couples live their most authentic lives.
You Have Already Been to Therapy. Now You Need a Relatable and Affirming Therapist Who Not Only Understands You, but is Part of Your Community
You may be exploring your identity, or maybe your identity is only one part of you. Regardless, you’d rather not have to explain what it means to your therapist. I get it.
You deserve a space where your language, your experience, and your community is understood. Here, you finally have a space where you can exhale and work on what matters most to you.
My Approach
Collaborative
I believe in the power of collaboration. The best work happens when we agree on your goals. With me, starting during our first session, I’ll seek your input regarding the goals you have for yourself and transparently share my thoughts so we can identify a plan that is tailored to your needs.
Challenging and Supportive
I balance direct feedback and challenge of unhelpful patterns with the support and validation you need. I believe all behaviors have supported you in getting to where you are now. I’ll support you while we work together to develop the tools to establish new and more helpful patterns.
Individual Therapy
Individualized support for building insight, emotional processing, enhancing coping skills, or identifying tangible solutions for the concerns that most impact your life.
My Services
Relationship and Marriage Counseling
A supportive space to enhance communication and build tools that empower your relationship to grow and evolve as each of you do.
Group Therapy
Community oriented space to process your experience so you know you aren’t alone.

Therapy sessions are a safe and confidential space for you to explore your experiences and thoughts. My role is not only to listen without judgement, but to equip you with the tools you need to not only cope with life’s stressors, but empower you to do something different. We will work collaboratively together to identify your goals, define your personal values, explore challenges, and identify solutions which will lead to sustainable changes in your life.

As a therapist, I take your confidentiality seriously. I will not disclose your personal information with anything without your explicit consent except in rare situations where there is a risk of harm for yourself or others to the minimum extent required by law.
Your privacy is foundational to the trust needed for you to open up and share vulnerable parts of yourself freely.

I understand the life of a busy professional with partners and interests outside of therapy. I offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your busy schedule including early mornings, evenings, standing appointment times, or week to week scheduling depending on your calendar. Together we will find a time that works best for you to prioritize your mental health.

I work with adults (18+) in NY and FL holding a variety of identities.
As a queer and transgender identified therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating identity, relationships, ethical nonmonogamy, polyamory, and kink based relationships. I also run a weekly LGBTQ+ Family Estrangement Support Group. You do not have to identify within any or all of these communities for me to work with you! Feel free to reach out and we can discuss our fit.

I believe AI does not belong in the therapeutic relationship. There are significant confidentiality concerns in the use of AI. As such, I do not use AI in any part of my note taking, record keeping, or service delivery to keep your information private.

I am in network with Aetna in New York State.
I believe in accessibility of therapy and offer Sliding Scale options, Out of Network Superbills, and Courtesy Billing through Thrizer. It can feel overwhelming to figure out out of network benefits and I’m more than happy to help you understand your anticipated reimbursement before we schedule anything. Many folks pay as little as $30 - $40 using their out of network benefits.
Otherwise, my full fee is $175 for individuals, $200 for couples and $60 for group participants.
